2022 is the year we go all-in with devotion to solid, secure, deeply rooted foundations of our business (and our lives).

* We return to being anchored to the cycles and seasons.

* We nest and adorn our working and living spaces with items of love.

* We ritualise our living instead of rushing through our days.

A tiny pause and breath before we act is enough.

Blessing our actions with the frequency of expansion from our solid core.

Currently, my devotional practices are;
* Lighting a candle and anchor into the moment with essential oils
* Drinking water and feeling the sensation of the cold entering my body
* Breathwork and meditation

Nothing and no one disturbs my peace before I'm ready to move into my day.
