There are a lot of books in the world designed to teach us how live better lives.
I read a lot of books. Some are good. Some are ok. But some smack me in the face and leave me talking about them for months. Or until I finally determine I need to read it again.
But the best book to help you live better, especailly as you grow older, I've found is From Strength to Strength by Arthur C. Brooks.
For a few reasons:
Accepting our weaknesses
Chipping away to discover our best life
Recognzing and understanding the phases of life
Learning how to make transitions through these phases
Uncovering the deeply powerful reasons you want to live a beautiful life
If you are at all interested in learning how to live better, stronger, more insightful, and purposeful lives, I can't recommend this book enough.
I'd love to hear your throughts if you've already read this book.
Or do you have any books you feel strongly about?
