Take 2 minutes to set up tomorrow for success.
End your workday by writing down these three things:
1/ Write down what you finished today.
This helps you, even if only for 3 seconds, revel in your successes.
This keeps you motivated.
2/ Write down what you want to focus on tomorrow (1-3 things)
This helps your brain "retire" for the evening.
The work is not done, but you don't need to take open loops to the rest of your day.
3/ Circle the one thing in your to-do list that you're dreading most.
That's your most important task for tomorrow.
Start with that.
That's it!
TL;DR - End your day right to start your day right.
Write down your wins at the end of the day.
Write down 1-3 to-dos for tomorrow.
Circle the one you're dreading most. Start there.
If this helps you start/end your day, leave a like on the first tweet.
