I spend a lot of my time thinking about quality coaching, testing and agile.
But lately, one question I've been asking myself is this:
I'm interested in this for a few reasons:
If we can solve it, we can put our energy to use elsewhere.
I fear people will be driven away from testing.
During recessions, QEs are often first on the chopping block.
To wrestle with this question, I am researching glue work, diving deeper into the so-called "quiet quitting" phenomena, and understanding how leaders equip quality engineers and quality coaches for success and set expectations with their teammates.
But I think it'll be a while before I come to a solid conclusion.
