Day 11: Working Out with Friends Comes with Positivity Being Poured to Your Mentality

Working out alone isn't necessarily the wrong way to go about it. There have been times when I would be able to let out my frustration or anything I have held up into my workout and it helps me let loose and release my mind so that it can be free. However, this doesn't mean that not working out with people you know or friends has not helped you get that final push in your workout or help you mentally.

When working out though in the times I've had friends with me they've been a huge help. They would help me just by being there and motivating me to finish off that last bit that I have left in my lift. They also bring compliments when they see the work you've put in from working out and try to better you in a way.

Not only that but the environment of being with people familiar to you has at least for me lightened my mood and can honestly boost my confidence being with them.
