Day 13: Finding What I Want to do Next after Reaching my Gym Goal

A full year and a half has passed since I first started going to the gym and I've lost all the weight I wanted to lose reaching my 160 pound goal. At this point the gym became a big part of my life but without a goal set in mind I lost a little bit of motivation. With this I didn't know what to go on about.

I then started searching for a new goal for the gym since I was so lost and didn't know what to do. First was a weight loss journey now what's next. I set myself on to start to gain more muscle. Although in my journey I would do some weight training it wouldn't be a significant amount where you can tell that I've gotten bigger in terms of muscle mass.

With this new found goal I would start to work new working regimens to gain muscle via doing more weight intensive workouts that'd boost my strength and further me down the path I wanted to take. It's been a week or so since I've started and I can see I'm already starting ot see some progress and I'm quite grateful that I've decided to go through with it.
