Day 15: I still Find Time to Do the Things I Love Even with Spending So Much Time at the Gym

One thing that I've been asked a lot by friends and family for a while now since I've been going to the gym is: When are you going to have time to do anything else when spending already 2 hours of your day at the gym? This is including going to school and work. Surprisingly the answer is pretty simple. The fact of the matter is including everything I'm doing in a day I still manage to happen at least have around 5 hours minimum to myself before I go to sleep.

This includes playing video games, spending time with family, and watching shows/movies. Obviously, my time for these things has been shortened and that doesn't mean they aren't important to me and that I'm prioritizing the gym over it but, I am in a spot in my life where I want to increase my health physically and also improve on my aesthetic look.

I manage the time to do everything else but, the gym after I finish going there. This is usually after 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm when class lets out or later in the night if I have to go to work early on. After that boom, I have the rest of the day to myself more or less which gives me the time I need to go ahead and hangout with my family, work on assignments for school, or even just play games and chill by myself. So, thinking that you might lose time for all the things you love from dedicating so much time to something else entirely shouldn't scare you as you'll still have supplemental time to do all the other things you wish to do and who knows maybe you end up loving the gym and prefer to use your time there then doing anything else.
