Day 17: The Positive Effect Working Out has had on My Mentality and Body

One of the reasons I started working out was to find a source of a way to lose let out inner anger as well as lose weight. However one thing I found that I didn't expect to find was a nursing for my mental health. The source of this new positive mentality mostly had to do with the increase in my physical well being.

This is coming from someone who was around 200 pounds at one point and has dropped to 160 pounds in a year. So I can say whole heartedly that losing weight and getting skinnier has helped me feel a lot more positive about my body which led to me feeling better in terms of my physical health and the way I look.

Even with all this its's not just that there's also other emotional factors that come in which can be that of friends or just random people that you can meet at the gym who would just try to push you forward which also has helped me mentally

There's a lot I have to thank my journey and experience to the gym for but, most importantly I'd have to thank it for the fact that I have now safely been able to grow as a person and go in a more positive mental state and be able to stay happy and enjoy the continuous time in the gym.
