Day 19: Going to the Gym has Actually Worked in Making My Relationships with Friends and Family Healthier.

Going to the gym has made me feel happier about myself and has been an overall morale boost for me. Although the gym has done this for me it's not just the fact that I'd become better mentally. What really has brought up my relationships is the fact that I was able to work out with my family and friends.

My first time going to the gym was with friends and honestly, that's one of the reasons I decided to become so committed. The gym didn't just become a place where I can improve my body but a safe haven with friends and others that only want to help me. I don't believe that there isn't a person at the gym that may be negative towards you. That's unrealistic but, from my time and experience there I am yet to personally find anyone who has been negative towards me or one of my friends about our body, and its quite the opposite it's all been compliments that have made me feel better which than motivates me to then be a lot nicer to my family since I'm in a better mood.

The gym has also connected me to my friends more as we all go together to work out. We push each other to go further and then we'd also become closer as we motivate one another to become better. Overall the gym has been a great experience for me. Sadly I haven't gone this passed week and it's taken a toll on me but, I plan on going back this next week everyday to get back on my grinde.
