The best leaders are skillful at making ideas a reality.

Here's one hack to do just that:

When resolve is high, take action.

#1. Determine your times of high resolve (high flow state) and schedule it.

- Mine are early in the mornings, during and after exercise.

#2. Acquire a tool to capture your ideas

- For me, it's dragon anywhere for voice dictation or text.

#3. Brain dump everything around that idea (don't move on)

- Recording the context of that idea helps you come back to it if you decide it's not actionable today.

#4. Develop an action plan

- Make that idea come to life with the next steps

#5. Do it today

- Start this project now or schedule it immediately.
