I help aspiring sales professionals lead a career of influence

In 2014, I barely hit quota, was burnt out and hated my job.

In 2017, I was the top seller on my team, created a system, and loved my job.

6 lessons to go from struggling sales rep to passionate top performer:

1. Shift your perspective.

Bring your passion for helping others with you, go beyond the transaction and seek to enrich the lives of others.

2. Create a Personal Leadership Script (PLS) to guide you

Create a blueprint that explains how your zone of genius can be leveraged for greater influence.

3. Discover and own a problem you can solve

Solve a problem people keep talking about, but no one is taking action in a way that is unique to you (PLS).

4. Get wiser with your personal board of advisors

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.

So get a fresh outside perspective.

5. Prepare your mind to grind and get to work.

Make it a rule to own up and show up every day.

Being diligent and persevering is the name of the game.

6. Stay humble

Don’t be prideful and play the victim.

Have a proper perspective of yourself, own up to being stuck, get help, and put in the work.

Notice that none of these have to do with selling.

Mindset precedes action.
