Whimsical: I'm able to visualize my workflows and scenarios with their drag and drop builder
Zapier: Once I finish my workflow, Zapier connects all the apps I use together using the same logic and automates my work
Airtable: Think of a supercharged database you can use for 1000+ things, I use this as my backend to let all the automations flow
