The habit of running gives your endless benefits.

Running is a great option that we all have and this reach of all can be no excuse not to do it. Let's talk about the benefits that are infinite. This time I want to talk about benefits at the brain level. When we run at least thirty minutes a day the chemicals in our brain play in our favor.

I am not a doctor but the little I know because I have researched because I love to learn a lot about mental health and even more that I am a mother I take great care of that issue for me and to strengthen my children emotionally is the key to everything in life.

These are some of them there goes dears' moms:

·         Chemicals released during and after running can help people suffering from anxiety.

·         Running exercise can create new brain cells and improve overall brain performance.

·         A heart-activating run can boost creativity up to two hours later.

·         For some people, moderate running can be like a sleeping pill.

·         Many studies confirm that cardiovascular exercise increases memory.

·         Running promotes changes in neural connections and favors the concentration of beneficial neurotransmitters that improve mood, self-confidence, self-esteem and reduce anxiety.

How not to fall in love with the world of running with so many benefits. They are the natural drugs of well-being.

Now dust off your sneakers and go running. Moms keep going and never give up this is your time if you are good everything is good in your family.
