Three important things that you should not forget for you after running that help you finish your good run.

When we are running, we sometimes do it without thinking because all the moms do a thousand things at once and when we finish our run, we get home to continue with the chores of the house and we forget to do something very important.

First, we must hydrate immediately, you can eat two tangerines that help a lot and also drink water and if you want to help even more you can prepare a rehydration drink that is prepared as follows:

1 glass of water

1 lemon

A pinch of baking soda and a teaspoon of honey you mix it and that rehydrate helps you recover.
