Suffering from depression is one thing, but then anxiety as well? That sounds like trouble. If you're like me, your anxiety developed when you were going through depression. I started experiencing anxiety, and at first, I wasn't sure if it was anxiety. It was not super intense like an attack but a normal feeling of anxiousness. It came when I was first nervous about something, but then after that, it never left. There were days when I was so anxious I did not know why. I was asked the question, why do you feel this way and I could not answer it. That was when I developed anxiety. Since I was battling depression, it was very easy for other issues to attach themselves to me. Adding another problem to the equation was hard, but I learned how to treat them separately.

It would help if you did not base your depression and anxiety together because they can be different. You must solve them separately but also around the same time period. What I did is I found things that would calm my depression and anxiety and started implementing them into my daily life. That was the most critical step. Implementing solutions into your routine is very important because it will make you see change. I'm not going to lie. Dealing with these both was not easy, but I did overcome it. It is not the end of the world when you experience these two. You have to find a way how to deal with it.
