Gratitude can be expressed in many different ways and forms.

There is many  different types of gratitude depending on to who expresses it and to what. The fundamental of gratitude is the feeling of being thankful. Below I have mentioned a few basic types of gratitude.

Gratitude Expressed to a person is one of the most sentimental ways to be thankful and have it noticed. It is expressed in your everyday interaction with others. We do a lot of different things through out the day. We interact with al ot of people and it is important to demonstrate  gratitude . It can be as simple as saying thank you to a worker at your favorite store who helped you find what you wanted or getting home and telling you partner how much they mean to you and thank them

For everything they do for you. Your friends are also a big bad of being grateful. They stick by you no matter what and you know you can count on them for anything, and assuring them that you have their back aswell demonstrates a lot of gratefulness. Remember a simple thank you goes a long way.

This might not apply to everyone but being grateful towards god is such an important tule or gratitude. This is the feeling of being thankful found everything that happens in your life. You can express your gratitude bu praying or going to church. Those who believe in god believe that he keeps us safe and provides us with apl we need to survive and be happy. Bad things happened and we tend to cloud our minds but for those who believe in god know that behind anything that happens there is a greater reason, a greater good.

Showing gratitude to family and friends is very meaningful and valuable. This kind of gratitude is for the closest people around you. They play an important role in your life with love and support. When going through ups and downs in your life having the support of your family is very reassuring. We should always keep this in mind and be grateful to have them by our side.
