Increasing your Life Force will guide you to your purpose. - Johna Hill

Body:

This is the base of the pyramid, and how does one build a strong base? Focus on the foundations; Sleeping, Moving, Eating, Hydrating, and Breathing.

People:

Refers to how we connect and interact with others. It includes being open, generous, and compassionate to the people around us, regardless of their differences or opinions.

Yourself:

As the top of the pyramid, Yourself, refers to how we relate to our own inner self. It includes writing, journaling, meditating, praying, or expressing our thoughts, feelings, and passions.
