A tell tale sign of Scarce Thinking is codependency.

It isn't wrong, or bad.

But it is compensating.

Here's how to identify it and overcome it:

1/ What codependency looks like:

  • Needing approval for your actions

  • Doing for others and neglecting yourself

  • Unable to communicate your feelings effectively

2/ What does this result in?

  • Unfulfillment

  • Low self-esteem

  • Confusion and anxiety

3/ Example:

Using someone else as the source of your motivation instead of finding your personal (intrinsic) motivation.

While this is a powerful motivator, it works only as long as the relationship works.

Don't set your foundation on the shoulders of another.

4/ Overcome codependency

  • Identify where you are codependent and with whom

  • Set boundaries by identifying your needs

  • Do things for yourself

  • Let go of outcomes

  • Reflect daily

5/ Scarcity thrives on the fear of "not enough"

If you believe (feel):

  • You are

  • Love is

  • Life is

Not enough - it never will be.

Determine what is "enough" and let yourself be surprised when you exceed it.

And with the confidence of having enough, you Will exceed it
