A tell tale sign of Scarce Thinking is codependency.
It isn't wrong, or bad.
But it is compensating.
Here's how to identify it and overcome it:
1/ What codependency looks like:
Needing approval for your actions
Doing for others and neglecting yourself
Unable to communicate your feelings effectively
2/ What does this result in?
Unfulfillment
Low self-esteem
Confusion and anxiety
3/ Example:
Using someone else as the source of your motivation instead of finding your personal (intrinsic) motivation.
While this is a powerful motivator, it works only as long as the relationship works.
Don't set your foundation on the shoulders of another.
4/ Overcome codependency
Identify where you are codependent and with whom
Set boundaries by identifying your needs
Do things for yourself
Let go of outcomes
Reflect daily
5/ Scarcity thrives on the fear of "not enough"
If you believe (feel):
You are
Love is
Life is
Not enough - it never will be.
Determine what is "enough" and let yourself be surprised when you exceed it.
And with the confidence of having enough, you Will exceed it
