Cut your hobbies that add stress
Your health should be the first priority. Start with one thing, like exercise, breathing, or cold exposure for 30 days
Perform a gap analysis on your values. Make a plan to close the gap
Journal to prioritize and validate your thoughts. Using others’ journaling prompts and systems to create your own. You must customize your approach to reflection
Breathwork is an active meditation that helps reduce stress and increase physical recovery time
The authors that make an impact are writing for bigger reasons - they are writing to share ideas that can help others solve their problems
If you experience chronic pain your first priority should be to find the root cause and fix it. The effects of constant pain negatively show up in all areas of life
How we spend the majority of our time is the deciding factor of how we feel the rest of the time
Consider your future self in all things
Test your nutrient levels and supplement (or adjust your diet) for what you lack. Vitamin D3 and Magnesium have been game-changers
You can find support (and support others) though you have never met in person
Drinking less and less alcohol has had 0 downsides
When you begin to see opportunities you will see them everywhere. Develop your bullshit detector early. Vet all opportunities thoroughly
Writing grants helps many organizations and is a skill in high demand.
Getting started is the hardest part
Become the person you wanted as a parent when you were a child
There are so many paths to investing. Experiment and find what works for you. You will create your own system as you go

Write in the books you own. Plan to revisit them and set yourself up for a quick review
Temptations are the resistance to your success. The faster you identify them the faster you can overcome them and get back on track
How we respond to others’ success is indicative of our mental state. Comparison is pointless if it is not constructive
Committing to change should not be easy. Nor should it be astronomically hard. Change what you can as you can. The rest will take care of itself
Communities are important. There is a baseline trust that can’t be found outside of a community. Join those that resonate with you
