I have been coaching for a while now.

And whilst I obviously owe a lot of the progress I've made to the many brilliant coaches I've met and learned from along the way, there are others who have been equally instrumental in my personal growth:

A weaver of magical creative experiences, Sonja's dedicated approach to her craft creates space for others not merely to create art, but to experience more of themselves. Through gentle care and encouragement, she taught me that courage can sometimes be as quiet as calm.

Harriet - former colleague & fellow backing singer!

For reminding me of the joy of connection through creativity, and that you're only ever one song away from just a little bit more fun!
