The SEC on 2/9 settled with Kraken a $30m, with Kraken ordered to shutdown it's ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ -๐š๐ฌ-๐š-๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ.

What happened after was quite the knee-jerk reaction of chatter on "REGULATION BAD" and "SEC BAD" and "END OF CRYPTO?".

Hold your horses y'all.

- How would you know when one begins and the other ends?
