Arnold Schwarzenegger is obviously a major figure in the fitness world.

And his weekly newsletter, spearheaded by Adam Bornstein of the Born Fitness newsletter, delivers more experienced-backed, non-trendy health advice.

3. The Live Better Project - Precision Nutrition

Precision Nutrition has been one of the leaders in health-focused behavior change for several decades now.

This newsletter goes more in-depth on client-tested sleep, stress management, and recovery-based practices that are largely neglected by others.
