At the base, we have collaboration for survival. Confidence is virtually non-existent, and one dwells on an emotion primarily of fear. There are mainly exchange-driven or transactional conversations.

Then, we move on towards collaborative trust (inward). At this level, we have confidence at a higher level than before. Internal networks are gradually interwoven between collaborators, building connective tissue into the conversations based on an abundance mindset (to collaborate, be of service).

Finally, we move into strategic swarms, where we have genuine, high-level collaboration to the ecosystem (outwards). Exponential and exceptional results are generated. The team irradiates, true high performance emerges.
