The June 2024 Architects Licensure Examination results have again highlighted the high quality of architectural education in the Philippines. The top-performing schools have maintained and elevated their status through continuous improvement and innovation in their educational practices. As we celebrate their achievements, we also look forward to the continued growth and development of architectural education in the country, ensuring that future graduates are well-equipped to contribute meaningfully to the built environment.

I listed my Top Ten schools from the recent board exam results with successful examinees of 20 and more with at least 80% percentage passing.

2 Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main - 93.33% - 56 out of 60

3 Mapua University - 90.70% - 39 out of 43

4 De La Salle Dasmarinas - 89.19% - 33 out of 37

5 University of Santo Tomas - 88.82% - 143 out of 161

6 Nueva Ecija Univ of Science and Tech (NEUST) - 85.29% - 29 out of 34

The performance in the June 2024 Architects Licensure examination showcases the diverse outcomes across institutions. Schools with high passing rates are mostly traditional and established institutions that benefit from strong academic frameworks, experienced faculty, and comprehensive student support systems.

De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde’s progressive approach to architecture education has yielded outstanding results, securing the top and seventh spots in the 2024 licensure exam. With an impressive passing rate of 83.64%, the PRC ranked the institution as the 4th top-performing school among those with 50 or more examinees.

NEUST's inclusion in my list of top-performing schools in the June 2024 Architects Licensure Examination marks a significant achievement. The university has demonstrated an impressive passing rate of 85.29%, which places it among the more established institutions in terms of performance. This high passing rate reflects the rigorous preparation of the program for its graduates.

The entry of the University of the East Caloocan is particularly notable, as the results have been competitive over the past two licensure examinations, during which the university has also produced topnotchers.
