If you are not interested in growing, stop reading and move on.
OK, you are interested. Let's continue.
The title is a quote from Tony Robbins. Credit where credit is due. Others have said something similar. Early child development is based on mistakes plus attempts to stand, walk, speak, and similar.
Would you rather live in a dull period where every day is the same, and you are not learning and developing? Maybe the focus is on how much anyone can handle before overloading. Only you can determine when you have had enough and a break is in order.
What do you do when you need a break? This is an honest question, and I welcome a response. How do you reset or otherwise shift your focus to take your mind off your latest problem?
Have at it. Tell me more about what works for you. I will add a reply for what works for me.
