And channeling this life force into an endeavor whether parenting, cooking, painting, accounting, dancing, science, or life itself, is what our bodies and minds long for. Because creativity is synchronized with autonomy, autonomy of our minds and bodies to explore, learn, make and play. And far from being a lonely endeavor, it can also be an invitation to connect with others and explore the limits and possibilities of communities.
