How it works:

This simple template allows you to achieve crazy change quickly.
Compensation patterns: what are you going to do about it?
Sig6 and Sq1 use isometrics in different joint actions and planes of movement.
• Test where your brain feels unsafe.
• Give it safety.
• Retest and see change.
The key advantage:
• There are no wrong answers.
If you picked the wrong joint or isometric, that's okay.
You can quickly try another intervention until you do see change.

The Self RESET with Square 1.
How it works:
• Posture and locomotion.
• Are you organized or disorganized? Quick test/retest.
• Unlike other body work, you can do this on yourself and get immediate feedback and fix it.
