$100M Offers
How To Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No
In 2021, cult hero Alex Hormozi distilled his entrepreneurial lessons into 164 pages of solid gold.
But some of his most priceless gems were never printed.
Like this 1 idea, buried in his podcast…
“Getting customers shouldn’t be difficult, the difficulty should be in the fulfilment“
Hormozi reasons that if you can actually deliver the outcome you’re promising, then the sale is a no-brainer — every time.
To explain, he offers this thought experiment…
Let’s say you guarantee to double a client’s income within 90 days, or you’d pay back twice the cost of the program.
Very compelling. Very easy to sign people up.
Why doesn’t everyone do that?
“Well… I don’t know how to double someone’s income in 90 days”
— Aha!
And that, my friend, is the point.
So Hormozi’s solution is simple…
Hone your craft and find a way that you CAN promise to deliver a mind-blowing result every time.
Because then you can make a no-brainer offer and charge whatever you want.
As Hormozi says, the opposite of this is to say:
“Pay me lots of money and maybe you get results, maybe you don’t. But either way I still get paid”.
(This is basically what most people are offering. Ouch!)
To conclude, Hormozi presents the two ends of the spectrum:
1. No-brainer: everyone says yes
2. Risky: nobody’s interested
Find a spot on that spectrum (as close as possible to 1) where you know you can promise a fantastic result every single time.
That’s your offer.
