I recently signed up for Dickie Bush & Nicolas Cole's cohort-based course, Ship 30 for 30.

Here are a few reasons:

1. I want to deliver value faster; this means consistently sharing ideas with increasing value

2. I'm drawn to the idea of learning at scale by sharing ideas at scale; this allows me more feedback (which means more learning).

3. It feels a little scary and uncomfortable; I think this is important for growth and want to lead by example.

Over the next 30 days, I plan on exploring how to connect security to business results across the broad themes of leadership, communication, and development.
