Three Ways Read to The Urantia Book
@chadgates50

I have been studying the book with no human author for 36 years.

It's hardest book I've ever read, but here are 3 simple (and effective) ways to get for anyone starting out (or who wants to get started):

#1: The Easy Way: Start with what you know

The Urantia Book is long, really long.

2097 pages long to be exact. And there's a lot in there that's net-new to most readers. Don't break your brain, just skip to part you're already familiar with: The Life and Teachings of Jesus.

Yes it's about Jesus, but not in any way you've ever heard or seen.

#2: The Fun Way: Pick an interesting topic

Each chapter in the book is called a "Paper".

Every paper explores a separate but related topic. Earlier papers deal with the most broad and universal topics, with later ones referring to earlier concepts and moving closer to your everyday experience.

Browse around and jump in where things look interesting: The Titles of the Papers.

#3: The Hard Way: Straight through, no chaser

If you're an intrepid, adventurous soul, this is for you.

In terms of conceptual difficulty, the Foreword is the hardest, with each succeeding paper getting a smidgen easier. This will challenge your mind like nothing else. While it's Mt. Everest hard, it's also the most rewarding.

The straight through method gives you the cosmological, philosophical, and spiritual context to appreciate the book's insights on spirituality, life and our relationship to God in an unparalleled way.

Honestly, I wish someone had told me these 3 things earlier in my career with The Urantia Book.

But it's my pleasure pass them along to you.
