The Pyramid of Clarity
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Set your company mission (Why you do what you do) or your V/TO if you follow EOS.
Step 2: Establish 2 goals: The Floor Goal (minimum standard) and the F$#K Yeah Goal (stretch)
Step 3: Identify 3 areas to measure to achieve those goals (ie. People, Process, Product, Financial).
Step 4: Break those down into quarters or with EOS your ROCKS.
Step 5: Divide it up into monthly tasks that align with the pyramid.
Step 6: Review the Pyramid of Clarity every month.
