I recently signed up for Ship 30 for 30 and I could really use your help and support.
Here are a few reasons why I joined:
1/ I've been writing for years and love it, but...
It feels like my writing is only 70% of the way there. I truly want to inspire and motivate people with what I share, but a sharpened skill of writing makes that more likely.
2/ Just like my friend Mark Tiderman highlighted, my ADHD over the years has been both a blessing and an obstacle.
A blessing in that it often provides me with energy and endurance that isn't so easily obtained by others, but it usually leaves me more scattered. I want to hone the habit of curating my brain so that I can think, write, and coach with more clarity for all of you.
3/ Just like I do with client challenges and cohorts, there is something powerful that happens when you jump into a journey with other people.
I aim to always "live out the advice you give out", so by investing resources, time, and focus to do this challenge is another way of living up to that rule.
4/ I hope it will not only inspire you in your health (#1) but also inspire you to write more yourself.
Here's the thing...there are a lot of things I could write about but I want to provide value and I want to know what YOU like to read, what's helpful, and what resonates.
My humble ask: Would you consider hitting the LinkedIn notification bell and engaging/commenting every day with each of my posts...giving me feedback on what you like and what you don't and encouraging me to keep writing?
The reason I left the corporate/start-up world to launch my own ventures is so that I could pursue avenues of having a greater direct impact on people, and writing is one of those.
So, thankful for all of you amazing friends and connections I have here!
