There are a lot of books about mental toughness.
And I've read most of them.
But the best book on mental toughness I've found is Relentless by Tim Grover.
For a few reasons:
He was the trainer for Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwayne Wade.
He tells the real and raw truth--no feel-good fluff.
He reveals what hard work actually is and what it takes to win, repeatedly.
He let me know I wasn't crazy because I have this borderline psychotic ambition for success that most people don't understand.
He creates a map, a blueprint for going from good to great to unstoppable.
If you are at all interested in mental toughness, I can't recommend this book enough.
(And if you've read it, do you agree? What other book would you recommend for beginners on this topic?)
