I’ve talked plenty about eating habits and how I’m still trying to better my own. Healthy eating habits are obviously very important but some people’s diets tend to be neglected. Speaking from personal experience I can tell you that I have neglected my own dietary needs and even thought it was helping me out at some point.
Neglecting your bodies needs whether it be not eating enough, skipping meals consistently, eating unhealthy foods, etc.… is detrimental to your body and its metabolism. Slowing down your metabolism causes your body to not be able to process down food fast enough which then makes it easier to store fat and you burn less calories compared to someone who has a faster metabolism.
Making healthier choices when it comes to your eating habits as well as being active is very important if you’d like to live a long and healthy life. What you put in your body is impactful to your overall health, like if I were to only eat greasy foods id definitely would have a heart attack by now and a bunch of acne.
It’s never too late to make changes in your diet and to start bettering your well-being. Getting the recommended amount of vegetables, fruits, proteins, fats, vitamins could be life changing.
