I believe I mentioned this one meal before in a prior atomic essay but it’s a buffalo chicken dip. This dip has saved me so much time and money due to the amount that’s made with it. I saw so many recipes for a buffalo chicken dip before on Instagram but never really bothered trying to make it until I searched one up one day and it became my go to when I didn’t want to cook for the next couple of days.
The recipe includes:
. One whole chicken
. Franks Red Hot Sauce
. A block of cream cheese
. Ranch dressing (not really needed but it adds to the flavor)
and that’s it! you could add cheese if you want but all you need is just three ingredients!
The prep time for this meal taken up to 10 through 15 minutes since you have to shred the chicken and measure each item. The recipe says to shred 2 cups of chicken but I use up the entirety or almost all of it and save the leftover for another meal. In a bowl mix up all your ingredients (1/2 cup of hot sauce and ranch dressing, cream cheese, and your chicken) and set it out in an oven friendly dish to bake for 20 minutes or heated through at 350 Fahrenheit.
This dish is versatile and can be eaten with crackers, bread or even alone. This meal can be saved in the fridge and reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds to be consumed again and still be just as good as the first ever time made.
