  1. BJJ Mental Models - BJJ Mental Models is the world's #1 Jiu-Jitsu education podcast, and with nearly 300 episodes (and a ton of mini-episodes as well), they have one of the largest collections of audio content in BJJ. Definitely check out their episode with me! Episodes 255 and 288 on wrestling and open guard strategy, respectively.

  2. ChewJitsu on YouTube - When I was a white belt, I watched the ChewJitsu YouTube page (and the podcast too!). Lots of content here for beginners and grapplers of all levels on a wide array of subjects. Technique to etiquette to everything in between. It's also been around forever, so you're without a doubt going to find something you need.

  3. BJJ Fanatics YouTube - BJJ Fanatics is the biggest BJJ instructional platform in the world, and they post a lot of YouTube content as well. Bernardo "Huge Honor For Me" Faria regularly does videos with the athletes who record instructionals for them, and there's a ton of value in these clips, which can be anywhere from 5 to 15 mins.

  4. Less Impressed More Involved BJJ - When I was a brown belt, Less Impressed More Involved was the easiest way for me to stay up to date with the current BJJ meta. There are also a couple of videos that talk about my body lock passing! If you're looking for longer-form content on techniques and trends, this is the page for you.

  5. The Grappler's Diary - Honestly, I feel a little bit like an imposter comparing this little page here to some of the content giants in the sport, but if you're a reader, there is no page putting out more written BJJ content than The Grappler's Diary. Check out the Substack too!
