Sales Leader @ Google | I write about lessons and insights in personal and career growth.

Ever noticed the abundance of popular books like "Miracle Morning" and "The 5 AM Club," along with a myriad of online gurus advocating for 5 AM routines as the golden ticket to peak productivity and success?

But where's the love for the people crushing it from 9 PM to 12 AM - night in and night out - when everyone's gone to sleep?

Where's our book?

I believe there's an overlooked and underappreciated community in society – the highly productive Night Owls!

I've never been able to go to bed early. I've tried the 6 AM morning workout routine. And it wasn't a natural fit.

Our bodies have natural cadences throughout the day and optimizing towards your own unique type can be beneficial.

Night Owls, maybe it's time to shine a light on our unique chronotype and circadian rhythm!

Should I write a book about it? Or would societal norms cringe at the idea?

Contemplating titles:

"Early to Bed, Early to Dread: Embracing the Night Owl Lifestyle"

"The 9 PM Club: Unlocking the Power of Evening Productivity"

"The 5 AM Snore: A Night Owl's Guide to High Achievement"

"The Midnight Miracle: Mastering Your Evenings for Success"

"Dark Hours, Bright Results: Navigating Evening Efficiency"

Maybe it's a joke. Maybe it isn't. 😉

What do you think, night owls? 🌙✨

Which one are you? 👇
