For some context...

The brand were well aware that they were leaving a significant amount of cash on the table

1. Installed Popup

We made a rather engaging popup...one that draws the attention to the shopper

Rather than using the traditional popup "Hey Sign up to our newsletter"...we pre-framed the popup with something like

"Excuse us from your shopping...we have something we think you'll want..."

Bly me, this popup is now converting 12% on mobile and 7% on desktop

2. Made killer flows

> Welcome series (5 emails)

> Site abandonment (3 emails)

> Browse abandonment (3 emails)

> Abandoned Cart (4 emails)

> Abandoned Checkout (4 emails)

Armed with these flows we let them do their magic: print money

In total the flows brought R159K

3. Campaigns

We a bit aggressively on this one

5 campaigns in 6 days which raked in R39.4K

The first campaign raked in R20K

In the words of Larry David it mightily "Pretty...pretty...pretty good" considering this was the first campaign

In total R71.9K came from campaigns

4. Segment

We built considerable amount of segments

Which gave us a unique view of what was going on in terms of purchasing analysis

One of the things we did was that we remove dead weights, and utilise the core segments we still use today

With segmentations, we target the right products to the right people with the right offers and message
