In the early stages of building a wholesale business on Amazon, there is only one metric that matters.
It has nothing to do with your CRM.
It doesn't involve a website.
It doesn't involve sourcing products.
And it definitely doesn't involve consuming more content.
The metric:
How many quality conversations you're having with qualified suppliers.
That's it.
The amount of time and excuses sellers will spend on everything BUT this task is mind boggling.
Because in reality, nothing else moves the needle.
If you see someone else making quicker progress than you, it's because they're simply having more conversations.
If you set a daily conversation goal and commit to it for 60 days, you will win.
It is physically impossible not to.
So ignore the noise on social media.
Most of it is made up anyways.
Focus on quality conversations.
