There are a lot of books out there about Passion. Discovering your passions, following your passions, making money from your passions...
And I've read most of them.
But the best book on Passion I've found is The Passion Paradox: A Guide to Going All In, Finding Success, and Discovering the Benefits of an Unbalanced Life by Brad Stulberg and Steve Magness.
For a few reasons:
Acknowledges that there is a good-side and bad-side of passion
Explores how to cultivate passion in a sustainable and healthy way
Talks about why moving on from a passion can be so hard and tips on how to do so with acceptance and grace
This book helped me to see myself more clearly, understand where things were going wrong, and what to do differently going forward.
If you're a passionate person like me, I can't recommend this book enough.
(And if you've read it, do you agree? What other book would you recommend?)
