In the Old World, humanity completely lost touch with nature."Completely" is an overly generous understatement... We brought into the manufactured system of capitalism soo profoundly and for so LONG that we embodied and became it.

We embraced it... We identified as it... We fought and killed to defend it... We lied to maintain it... And we ultimately LOST ourselves within it...

In that "Old World," the One became the Many. We separated ourselves from the Indivisible unity that permeates all there is and began identifying as "Individuals"... So, we went from "indivisible" to "individual," and that's where all of our problems began.

Do you know the strategy used to conquer and enslave an entire continent, i.e., Africa? DIVIDE & CONQUER.

Can you eat a pizza whole? I didn't think so. You must divide it to devour it...

As you can see... The "Old World" was divided, which meant that each Man/Woman acted in their self-interest. And in most cases, a person's interest was in "themselves."

When people see themselves as separate from all, there is then they will disregard all issues that don't directly impact them, even if that issue is negatively impacting others.

One of the impacts of this "Old World" way of thinking was a widespread waste... people thought, "well hey.. if it's not me... then the hell with it."

One area where waste was rampant was in homes. In specific, the type and amounts of energy that homes use and don't use. In the "Old World," looking into how to optimize energy usage to reduce waste & reduce negative environmental impacts was of very little interest to most people... The problem persisted in most homes across the globe.

Now fast forward to today (2023), and we no longer can turn a blind eye because we now face a potentially catastrophic climate crisis and must ACT & ACT QUICKLY to avoid irreversible damage to our planet, which threatens the lives of billions of people worldwide. No more turning a blind eye. It's time for a change.

A change must first occur in the collective mindset. and that shift must be from a "Self-Interest" to a "Collective Interest". We must restore balance & harmony to this planet if we want our great-grandkids to enjoy it... and this starts with YOU... and me... and WE.

ESCO-in-a-box® is an operating manual for how to develop, launch, grow, sustain and scale an Energy Services Company the RIGHT WAY…. It is a framework consisting of everything you will ever need to grow and maintain and provide sustained value to your clients and contractors over and over again.

It is what is necessary to begin taking steps toward easing some of the common barriers experienced when trying to make the case to others in regard to the value and benefit of standardization within this industry.

My Definite Chief Aim is to Install 1,000,000 Heat Pumps in both residential & commercial buildings... Heat Pump Guyz is going to be featured in the FORBES 500. We will have 50 ( and more) employees and have done over 100 M by the end of 2023. Possibly 2024. We are going to become the fastest Heat Pump Heat Pump Contractor in the USA. We will have our own GMP brand.

We will franchise the concept within the 1st 3 years and duplicate our efforts all throughout the country. Heat Pump Guyz will have a profoundly positive impact on everyone it touches from employees to customers. Our focus will be on treating our employees exemplary so they can live good, happy & meaningful lives while returning the service to our customers.. Heat Pump Guyz will have a positive Impact on our planet & will be a leading proponent on fighting to ease policy & allow easier & faster transition to a greener future where we are not so dependent on fossil fuels.

Heat Pump Guyz is going to become the largest, by volume, Heat Pump Contractor in the northeast. HPG will introduce a standardized Process/system for Investing in Heat Pumps that will facilitate MASS adoption of this clean technology. We will make it so Darn Simple, that not switching would seem non-sensible & irresponsible.
