Think for a moment about the concept of time.
We:
Keep it.
Manage it.
Save it.
Measure it.
Waste it.
Lose it.
Spend it.
Treasure it.
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? - Mary Oliver
We cannot control the amount of time in the day, but we have control over the quality of our time.
No matter who we are, how wealthy or powerful we are, we all have the same amount of time each day - 1,440 minutes (it seems like there is more time in minutes than saying 24 hours).
Each day we awake, we have an opportunity to live this present moment, our life, as fully as possible with wild abandon, pushing and pulling towards the good.
The reality is the day is a gift with no guarantee.
Opportunities abound to practice kindness in the day and acts of goodness toward others. We have internal energy to fuel our intention to live and make a difference in the world.
How will you live this day?
What will you do to make a difference? What actions will you take that favors the positive? Leans toward the good?
If you are reading this right now, you are alive, and there is still time.
Amble fiercely this day with the intention of goodness. Travel in the direction of making an impact in your corner of the world.
