Everyone struggles with dragging themselves out of bed and rushing around to get to work in the morning.
Personally, I have for years. Every night I told myself I wouldn’t hit snooze in the morning multiple times, I’d have plenty of time and arrive at work refreshed and energized. It just never happened.
But what changed for me was realizing I was in a rut and couldn’t stand the thought that all my working mornings would be this way. I alone had to decide how I wanted every morning for the rest of my life to feel..
And as soon as that clicked, I started to understand that overcoming dragging through mornings wasn't that hard—I was just doing the wrong thing.

Figure Out How Successful People Started Their Mornings
Once I started learning morning routines of people I admired, I noticed how they set themselves up for success.
I modeled elements that worked for me and created a Sacred Morning Hour that nourished my mind, my body and my soul. Stretching (movement and getting oxygen flowing to my brain), prayer, journaling, reading, and a healthy smoothie.
Now, I can’t wait to start my day!
