This week I started the process for building out an internal operations agent named Kraken.

To start, I connected it to our business dashboard so it can answer any questions our team has about any of our business metrics.

Building that simple feature made me realize I need to step back and think holistically about:

• Where we store all of our data to make sure all tools can connect it

• How we organize our active projects in notion so they know what’s being built

• Having some kind of master business context also stored in notion that the agents can read and understand
