Fifty-one days ago, I started the Project 50 Challenge because I wanted to improve my mental and physical health and to create better habits. I’ve been posting about my progress every ten days and today I’m posting my final results.
Wake up before 8am: 15/50 days
Complete Morning Routine: 4/50 days
Learn Skill for 1 hour: 26/50 days
Read 10 Pages: 21/50 days
Exercise (30 minutes)*: 14/50 days
Intermittent Fasting: 28/50 days
Track Progress in Journal: 48/50 days
50-day Results: 44.9%
Goal: 65%
Over the entire experience, the two daily habits that I did most consistently were “track progress in a journal” and “intermittent fasting.”
The two daily habits that I did least consistently were “complete morning routine” and “exercise for thirty minutes.”
Unfortunately, I didn’t meet my final goal of 65%. But, I don’t see this experience as a total failure.
