Book #1: Becoming by @MichelleObama

I first read this book as part of a book club and I must have cheated the reading schedule!🙈

It beautifully captures her evolution from being just the daughter of one black couple to the 'mother' of many who still look up to her today.

Book #2: How Successful Women Make the Most of Their Time by @lvanderkam

I won this book from a Careers bootcamp.

With many real stories, Laura showed it's possible to have "a successful career with quality time with family and friends, hobbies, and a decent night's sleep."

Book #3: Lift As You Climb by @VivGroskop

I think every career or business woman should read this book.

Each chapter = one objective.

And I think you'll love it, because she masterfully shows how women can own their ambition without becoming men or being seen as b**ches!

Book #4: Imperfect Arrangements by @FrancesMensahW

Another wonderful recommendation from my Book Club.

Although a fiction novel, Frances addresses some of the conflict the average African woman faces while trying to build her career and keep her home simultaneously.
