Instead off staying home thinking about how much things you have to do, forget about your stress and go for a run.

Running is a really good way to relief stress because you can use your stress to push yourself. When your running you usually want to stop but with your stress as motivation you will run more then the usual. This is great because you will become healthier physically as well.

Running can also help you because it a fun thing to do.

You may think that running is just running, but there are many types of running. You can do sprints , which is short distance but faster speeds, or long jogs which is maintaining a steady pace for a long distance. There are also many more ways you can discover along the way.

Running may seem simple, but there's a lot to it that will improve your stress.
