3 Life Lessons From Ratatouille To Help You Take Control Of Your Life And Be The Happiest Version Of You
Made by @glenwsa01

You only have one, might as well make the most of it the way you want to.

Remy wants to be a chef to explore his passion of smell and flavour. Unfortunately Remy is a rat. He befriends a human, Linguine, who is the accidental heir to a culinary empire but is out of his depth and needs Remy to help him -- be a chef.

Everyone's life has boundaries which are influenced by factors out of their control but what you do with what you can control matters.

Don’t let the status quo hold you back

Just because you should be something, doesn't mean you have to be it.

Practise for the life you want to live. You probably need a little luck, like Remy meeting Linguine, but he had trained his whole life to make the most of that opportunity.

Life is about connection and experience

Find things or people that bring you a deep sense of joy.

Share what you enjoy and protect the happiness it brings. Collette is a chef who is frustrated with Linguine for what seems his lack of talent. Rather she is concerned for the livelihoods of her co-works caused by his recklessness -- it was more than being a chef, it was the sense of family it brought.

Hardships come down to perspective and attitude

Everyone has a story and you can control it or let it control you.

Own your narrative. Remy could've wallowed away after being separated from his family and never letting himself work with it. Instead he found a way to cope with his situation (Gusteau's ghost) and got out into the world -- it's how he bumped into Linguini and well everything goes from there.
