Fitbit Premium Is A Worth Buying Software Subscription For Daily Motivation, Tracking, & Inspiration

There are so many subscription services today. I love trying both physical and digital ones.

I've had subscriptions for books, digital journaling, groceries, meal kits, meditation, movies, oral care products, seafood, spices, wine, yarn, zines.

But when it comes to daily health and wellness there's 1 subscription I tried to do without and missed it so much that I found myself talking about how much I was missing it with family. Seriously. So I resubscribed:

Here's 2 stellar features that make it worth the cost:

  • Advanced Sleep Analytics: Premium goes beyond a daily sleep score. Tracking my sleeping heart rate after eating certain foods has helped me work through some food intolerance issues. It even helps me pick wines. Wines that negatively impact my sleep don't get a second try.

  • Daily Readiness Score: This feature cracks me up. Some days when I'm tempted to be a sloth I look at my readiness score for motivation. It'll tell me that I have excellent readiness and give me a recommendation for a number of zone minutes. If I really moved a lot the day before it'll give me a guilt-free day off.

If you want to seriously track your sleep and body recovery I can whole heartedly recommend using the Fitbit Premium subscription. Try it.
