You're fed up with not getting any clients (I was too until I found this)?

Hormozi is an expert at business, but going through his teachings takes hours. Here is his 10 step playbook ↪

1) Get a list

But I can't pay for lead scraping sites.

Well, who told you to do so?

You already have a list.

Dig deeper into your phone book,all the emails you've collected, all your social media followers.

In short, anyone you can contact.

Put them in a Google sheet.

2) Pick a Platform

No hard rules. Find out where your list or ICP hangs out. It could be:

• X • Tiktok

• IG • LinkedIn

• Reddit • or the king itself, Email!

Also, message anyone who's engaged with your content, basically anyone who is warm.

3) Personalize

Give them a compliment on a recent win:

• "Saw you got married."

• "Congrats on the 1st client." etc.

Hormozi uses a secret framework for outreach: A-C-A Framework

Acknowledge: restate what they said (mirroring).

• "You're a 2× founder" etc.

Compliment: whatever they tell you, tie it to a positive trait.

"The macho dad, super hustler, managing 2 companies with 3 kids!"

Ask a question: Lead them closer to your offer.

• Ghostwriting: how many leads are you generating with your social media/email list?

• Fitness: how are your fitness goals going?

Remember, people love talking about themselves.

With the increasing usage of the devil's 6 inch best friend (your phone), people are craving human conversations.

Lend them an ear & earn their trust while also saving them therapist's fees 😉

4) Reach out

Don't procrastinate on this step for life.

Take the leap & reach out.

5) Warm up

Once you have started the conversation and they have answered your question, you're good to move to the next step.

Make your offer!

If you hit when the iron is hot, you'll get what you want.

Bonus tip: Add social proof in your outreach if you want quick results.

6) Invite Friends

Here comes the secret.

After making your offer, instantly say:

"Does anyone you like come to mind?"

If they say no, say: "Anyone you hate?

You'll break the ice without being salesy.

Isn't this a win-win for everyone involved?

7) Easiest Offer

Make it easy to get a YES!

Alex highly recommends doing free work.

If you're a beginner, you'll suck & to suck less you should work for free.

@Nicolascole77 recommends free work.

@TaylinSimmonds worked for free for months before charging for ghostwriting.

I also crushed my ego and started doing it.

Best case: They like it. You get experience, testimonials & you might even land referrals and/or paid work.

Worst case: They don't like it. Ask them for feedback.

Ask what I can do to make it desirable for you.

8) Restart at the Top

If you follow Alex's recommended outreach frequency, you'll have 1k+ leads in 30 days.

Analyze all the data. Keep what works.

Improve what doesn't.

And don't forget to follow up.

Wealthy people are busy. Don't cry if they don't respond initially.

9) Start Charging

Start charging when you can't take more clients or you're getting referrals.

Take your next 5 clients for 80% off.

Then for 60%, 40%, 20% of your original price.

Increase your price by 20% every 5 clients & do it until you find your sweet spot.

Fair enough?

10) Keep List Warm

Go to the next platform & repeat (until you get clients).

I disagree!

With 1 platform you'll land free clients (if your offer is good) & then you can start charging with the social proof you've stacked.

Bonus tip: Offer a guarantee to people who pay upfront.

"How many people should I reach out to daily?"

Hormozi says 100 a day (+2 follow-ups).

3k messages in 30 days.

If 20% reply & 5% accept the offer, it's 150 people.

Even if you work for 5 for free, you'll have social proof, referrals & paid work (only if you overdeliver).
